Well in this particular case a patch wouldnt even help with MC's realtionship.
Little disappointed about "fake-incest" for MC but meh, i take what i get. Thx for clarifying anyways!

There is incest in so many award-winning books.
Nobody complains about this, especially in many fantasy romance stories.
Where this forbidden love is the reason why the plot is so good.
If everything conformed to the norm, no one would read or play it.
Especially whether it says stepsister is splitting hairs.
Next, women or men are not allowed to love each other anymore because the church doesn't want that, even if it's just a game.
Until now I always thought that something like this was played and read to escape from reality.
I'm just too naive.

I think the BDSM tag applies to when they're in the escape room.
Yeah no, fair enough. I suppose to me vaguely sexually touching someone in a contrived situation you aren't really in a relationship with doesn't strike me as BDSM but given how defensively vanilla some people are here I get it.
