There's a way to get around it. There might be a unique id like a variable in the python script or file with a unique identifier for each copy. The author has a list of which copy that maps to the users, probably in a database or in a spreadsheet. It can be removed. But it will just be better to patiently wait or to support the developer if possible, because he/she works hard to deliver to his/her subscribers

agreed, its intriguing in the sense that we're in this weird golden locks between pirates and customers where, the DRM methods, seem like there's so many ways it could be leaked and we're throwing around ideas on how to pirate it upon pages and pages BUT also its not too popular that someone finally cracks it, the dev puts a lot of effort to not put his work on this site and even gives leeway for leaks on previews and teasers.
