As for boobs in Thornsin, I really don't think developer knows for sure how big her size is. It differs from scene to scene.
Well, judging by how each version is also riddled with bugs I'd probably keep an eye out on new implemented Spine functionality for the time being.
Cloth item bug is a reason why I hate Unity titles being compiled with il2CPP instead of Mono. Could've been a community fix, but not with this.

Most likely a cloth slot is not set correctly in a skeleton file, so it goes as "empty"/invisible sprite.
