I was right. Inceton did exactly what I said they would to "fix" the save bug. They just expanded their terrible preset list variable. v0.7.0 now has 1,000 save slots that work. Now the bug will occur if anyone ever has saves on anything on or past page 100.
If someone managed to do that already, here is information on how you can fix it.
Someone needs to teach them how to use a dictionary data structure. Python has a nice implementation as a first-class citizen built right in. Store only the actual save slots being used and can scale as high as needed.

Oh, even better. They just expanded the default. Anyone who happened to play v0.6.0 at least once will still only have 500 save slots before the bug occurs. Only people who never played v0.6.0 will get the new 1,000 limit.
