I must admit I did not like this update much. I'm following the cheating route, so no problem with cheating here, but I find that the sex scene in the boat is undeserved. Sure, this is a porn game and sex is a part of it, but no one really put any narrative effort into justifying it. Jay, the first one to fuck her, has been after her all game long, took her when she was high and drunk and in a vulnerable place... and two days later, she goes to a boat, meets a character that comes out of the blue and fucks him with no real buildup or anything to that. Her character just did a 180º flip on her personality there, going from faithful but wounded by her partner's betrayal to just out cheating with no remorse personality. It was poorly handled in my opinion, and a stain on the story of the game, even the husband has more doubts about cheating than her, and he's been doing it longer and with the same person so far.
Alright, update thoughts (yadda yadda yadda, I'm not the biggest fan of really hard NTR, so some bias may come through in my thoughts, etc.):

Appreciate your review, now I want play this "not so good" update. Or maybe not, better wait the next one with more story development for MMC and FMC. Who knows...
The update wasn’t bad I’d say. I did enjoy MMC’s stuff. And FMC’s stuff was fine, even if it was someone she’d met the same day and hadn’t had any build up with.
I just can’t shake the very ‘rushed’ feeling of the update.

I didn't feel it rushed (though as I said before I agree on all you say since those were my thoughts plotwise) but I certainly do now after reading your take on it. I'd say my feeling was more along the lines of plot-wise hurried, like people were pissed off of waiting and they just wanted to randomly include a sex scene with the FMC because it is a porn game and needs those to keep people happy, or something. That she's being played is something we know a long time ago, but up to now it felt reasonably believable, and with this scene in the ship it just feels like the plot stopped mattering and we needed sex for her. I think it's a mistake, but I guess the devs don't care.
And with all the other elements you mention like missing things, the rush definitely seems real and makes sense if they maybe had a different initial path for the yacht and then just had to put things on the full-throttle for a quick sex scene. The comment on Anna intrigued me as well, and her whole story with the MMC has always felt a bit... manipulative as well. I mean, she's the enemy's lawyer and yet she feels guilty. Could be a sincere change of heart, could be another layer of manipulation, and I think unlike with the recent development on the FMC, they are playing that side quite nicely to keep the intrigue.
Yeah, the FMC stuff confused me, and it wouldn't be the first time that Inceton had included a sex scene for the sake of having one and for no other reason. That was my biggest criticism of the original Undercover with Nora Episode 1, before it got remade from scratch. But why do we need something like this in this update? If you're needing to fulfill the lewd scene quota, MMC already has a sex scene with Anna in the update, and that one fits into the game much better imo. It could be that I soured on FMC quite a bit after she didn't bother confirming if MMC cheated on her, but that's just me. I liked the yacht, I just wish it had a more proper build-up like her scenes with Jay last update.
Honestly, I wouldn't have even thought about Anna possibly being a part of everything going on surrounding keeping MMC and FMC apart if Charles hadn't noted in his thoughts that he was told Anna was off limits. That particular line got me thinking. As I said, I hope this isn't the case, but we'll have to see what happens.
Regarding feeling like the update was rushed, I want to note that despite both the Lust Bound update that came before this one and the Lust Theory update that came out yesterday, both also missing their bonus content, those updates still felt more complete than this one. The LB update was big for Inceton's current standards, and LT felt like it had the usual quality control that I don't think this ToT update had, and this was despite the missing bonus content. I could be completely wrong here, but some of those renders in the sex scenes this update just didn't look good. That could just be me, though.
Ain’t gonna happen. Inceton aren’t releasing a free version. You either pay for a Patreon sub (two subs if you want access to both NTR and non-NTR stuff) to play the game, or wait for the full release on Steam/GOG and stuff and buy it there.
Otherwise, you just deal with it and use the crack.
