I don't like writing planned tags because they are often misinterpreted by the audience.
Pregnancy will likely be present as an element, but it won’t be a key focus — it will be just a part of one of the routes. This won’t happen anytime soon. It might not even be a completely typical pregnancy.

You will be able to build relationships with each girl individually — this will provide the most complete and, let's say, more "normal" relationships. These will be mutually exclusive routes.
You can also pursue relationships with all of them at the same time, but it won’t be as deep of a romantic story — more like an open relationship.
The third option is to have no romantic relationships with these girls at all. These three are not the only LIs available — there will be at least one more option with a fourth girl.

Helena is not considered an LI - there will be another one.
NTR will be implemented situationally - since the MC will have romantic relationships with one of the girls, there will be moments where they might end up in a situation with another man. However, there won’t be classic NTR like "Hey MC, here’s your girlfriend/wife, she’s sleeping with her boss, so now it’s NTR."
Instead, for example, the MC might build a relationship with Tori, make a few mistakes, and then witness someone else doing what he intended to do with her. Or he won’t see it - if he avoids making mistakes.

Well, the thing with femdom is that even if it’s present, no one is going to take away your mouse and keyboard. In other words, if you want to submit, that will be your choice.
Ian's role will be significant but not central. Originally, I planned for him to be more of a utility character — like a shopkeeper and an early quest giver. I’ll expand his story and add more details, but over time, his role will diminish.
Tags are bad. Tags ruin adult games.

Well at least I like that you have your own vision. It's often the way to make great games. I just personally wish that open relationship route with the girls you talked about in your previous comment will enable the mc to share the girls with other guys. But I don't expect the game to always cater to my kinks, and while I do think that for example double teaming the girls with Ian would be fun, I'm also curious to see where your own vision for that game will take you. So I'll follow the updates with great interest anyway.
