Yuup, you can cheat though via the console (e.g. UnRen can help you enabling that).
Then renpy.jump('storage_endwork_label') should work. (Tip: Ren'Py remembers your console commands, you can browse history by using arrow up/down.)

When you visit Ian and learn about pusher, get a Cola or Soda (can't remember which one it's called) - but not juice.

When you get back - go to Bianca's room - you'll have a choice to give her the pusher or tell her about it.

If you tell her about it, she'll try it out on Zoe.

I'm still not sure how an NPC can make me jealous in "the real thing," I'm still working on that. Maybe I'm different, who knows. Not sure I understood what you meant. But the tag "female protagonist" will definitely be added someday. After all, there will be an option to play the game as a female character.
