Actually it is the other way around and Ian was pretty clear about that: the pusher doesn't force a person to do what he doesn't want to do. It pushes the person to choose the option more appreciated by Mark (the MC), so if Bianca has two option: rent herself to make more money and don't rent herself, with the pusher she will chose the option preferred by Mark, without the pusher she will not.

I will rephrase my previous answer: if a character has two (or more) different options and he is in some way indecise about what option choose, thank to the pusher he will choose the option preferred by Mark, but the pusher will never be able to force the character to do something he doesn't want to do. So if Bianca is indecise about rent herself or not, with the pusher she will do what Mark prefers, but if Mark want have sex with her and she doesn't want, the use of the pusher will never be able to make Bianca change her idea.

Technically? Time in a game is subjective to the MC not the player, unless its explicitly said, not even implied so it could be done. It can definitely be done in an ending even if the games plot is 2 months, there can be an end scene. But thats a bit lame IMO, point is that it can be added easily enough, provided there is no set time scale and/or date. Then there are options to include such content and often makes progression more realistic when there is sense of time, especially during corruption type games etc.
