Yep just tried the PC version,It has the latest update...Android links say version 0.13 apk but It's not the updated version,Siege will fix It when he can I hope.
Guys don't download android version for now since It's not been updated.

Just made my way through it from the start (again, a few times actually!) and wow that was something, another good update!
