I think pregnancy works better as an ending

I realized that the game had a big problem... And that is that when you choose whether or not to see Tifa's POV
The game would take you directly to a much later point in the story in some instances if you decided not-to see Tifa's POV... I noticed this because someone mentioned in the comments that an important event was missing from Cloud's POV (when they both go to the cinema). I investigated and solved the problem, now each decision should take you to the right place in the story so that you can see all the content... (This fix is available in v0.9, available right now on my Patreon, but that it will release for PUBLIC on February 08. I am not saying this just for you to go and suscribe to my Patreon, of course not

You won't need to start a new game, but... If you chose to ignore Tifa's POV throughout your game, then I do advise you to start a new game, as now you will see all the available content and will understand better what is happening... I am sorry for the inconvenience, I hadn't realized it before. The people who, throughout the game, chose to see Tifa's POV, shouldn't have any problem

I agree with you Sir.
He started the game, is hotter and openly trolls Cloud. Also he is trying to break their couple which gives an interesting suspense for us players who wonder what Tifa is gonna do everytime she goes further with Marvin. Much better and fun ntr antagonist than sneaky Barrett
great game , awesome to see a tifa game and she is looking phenomenal here

I couldn't disagree more.
From a standpoint where you enjoy pregnancy content as a full-blown fetish, at least. Endings only are always meh and a letdown, because it's usually just a scene and a half, and that's that.Like, imagine you're into huge boobs, but then the female MC in the game is flat the whole game. And only has mind-blowing breast expansion in a single epilogue scene or two. As a corruption culmination demonstration or something. And someone saying "I think huge boobas are best as an ending only".
The above example is just a lazy nod to all the booba effecionados, and a tool to underline character's overwhelimg final sexual corruption, story and flavor wise. And it's exactly the same with commonplace, ending only, lone prego scenes.
But, it all only makes sense, since the majority of smut games devs are simply not into that particular kink (pregnancy)... it's just that it's never a "best in ending only" for those, who actually enjoy pregnancy content earnestly.
Sieglinnde is obviously not into it, so too bad for those who like it (I do). This here is an awesome game nonetheless... because Tifa, NTR and huge titties.

Will the game stop being oblivious at some point and MC will know about the ntr(doesn't really matter whether he likes it or not), or the game is and will be hidden ntr until its end?

have you ever found a NTR with a smart MC?, honestly, look at the dev's works, they all have a handicapped MC with a small dick, you understand now how the game ends, with Mc who has the biggest horns ever seen on his head, he can't even see them in the mirror, hahahahaha
