started this at the beginning since i had pretty much forgotten what the story was about. the 2 stepsisters? are fucking annoying and i can't stand either one of em. the aunt has something going on that i havent seen yet. still have to finish the new update. at the part where mc is teaching Mira to drive..in a porshe? seriously? this story is pretty ridiculous at times. anyway, mc being pretty fugly aside, this feels like a game by Ocean..similar details, character models and idiotic storyline. at least the visuals are nice though. i hate vn's with backgrounds that are empty. just my initial thoughts as i play through this. wonder if Ocean renamed themselves to get out of continuing those god awful other games they were making.

Yeah… this is something I flagged as well. Sadly, the refusal (or inability) to interrogate its own premises is endemic in this writing.
The dev obviously has great ideas and concepts he wants to explore, but those alone don’t make a story. It’s the believability and the connective tissue between events and scenes that ultimately make a story shine.

As I know nothing about cars, could someone please explain why it's a bad idea to teach Mira to drive in a Porsche?

It has between 400 and 500 horsepower. Mira doesn't know how to drive at all. If she pressed the gas a bit too hard, the car would be stuck in a wall.
What makes it more far-fetched is that they used Nova's car to drive to the garage that had the Porsche... So they could've just used Nova's car instead.

So the first release I saw potential, I dont think I do anymore.
First of all 500 renders in a year is abysmal, no matter how you look at it, and yes I get it real world gets into things, but if you decide to do it (the development), the bare minimum per year I consider is 1500-2k.
Second of all, the story is non-existent, its flat out boring half of the time, and the other half of the time its annoying. The game literally has no hook.
Third - forced sex scene - a lot was said about this, I really didnt vibe with the character so the option to decline would the be play for me.
I might see next chapters, but given the current track record, that might be after entire next witcher trilogy is out.

You must be fun at parties. First, you complain about a “forced” sex scene (wasn’t forced if you understood the context, but that seems to escape you) and then proceeded to assure yourself through a tireless rant about story structuring.
Then, you complain about the car used to onboard Mira. They’re in a parking lot dude. Not a main road or the highway. A parking lot. And it would have made no sense to use Nova’s because the sole purpose was to pick up the MC’s car. You know since they had been separated for a bit.
Game is off to a solid start. I agree the hair has me befuddled. The flashback scene shows him with a completely different hair texture. Now dude looks like he’s auditioning for 8 Mile 2.
