That is weird. You should get $700 from Layla after you give her the ticket which is more then enough to cover the entrance either by using Zarina or by getting money from Matt.

I believe that needs you to have Ayumi, Lee and Dana together (so obviously not on the Ayumi and Janice path) to at least start it, and then once you have the process started I believe all you need is to have Alice simply working at the bar (and I assume you have to be in good standing with her), and have bought the laxatives, and you can get up there and meet him.

You give her the ticket, she invites you to have coffee and then during the talk MC say that he gave her the ticket but he still need money so he ask if she can give him $700... which she does.
If you get to the office to hear him ask for drink, then you need to spike his drink with laxative at which point you should get an option to pick the door... which might fail since it need Lockpick 4.
You can get the laxatives from the same place you get the lotto ticket, but yeah, you do also need enough lockpick skill to get in the office as well. So if you're not being given the option to go out and buy the laxatives at the apartment, try to raise your lockpick (most likely with Georgia) and then possibly do the nightclub office intro thing again if needed.

It probably doesn't help but there is a trigger to unlock you asking for money, but I don't remember how to trigger it. I remember doing something at the club and CAS pops up and mentions you need to give her ticket and have money and she suggests asking, unlocking that option later.
thanks for the suggestions but nothing has changed, if it is really one of the two you described there is still something blocking, Crystal's path I can only ask her ''about the girls who dance-flirt (max 2) - ask her what worries her '', the last choice leads to going with her to her house and catching her mother in a compromising situation, she then tries to enter through the window, gets stuck, MC helps her and leaves. Nothing to do with the ticket and Cass doesn't ''appear''. Layla-ticket-insufficient money, Cass ''appears'' but suggests selling the panties to the drug dealer or asking one of the girls to ''help'' and gives no other suggestions. So if one of the two is what triggers it, something is still missing.

You don't get an option to ask about money. That simply happen during your talk. You give Layla the ticket, talk a bit and then she ask you to have a coffee with her. While having a coffee MC simply say that while he gave her the ticket he still needs money, so he asks if she can give him $700... which she does. Are you sure you didn't just skipped over their conversation and received the money without even realizing it?
