The general rule of thumb for this game is you want to try every possible option at least once and frequently more than once because as you try more and more things, additional options keep getting unlocked. So the range of things you can do continues to expand. Plus some of the stats like fun points and brain tolerance as well as certain skills carry over when you reset. Talk to CAS frequently and she will give you hints about things you haven't done yet. And unlike most games, you are rewarded for doing things that are clearly bad like letting Dana get hit by a car. The most important thing that carries over between all resets is knowledge and that greatly expands your options.
I'm gonna be honest with you, once I got through all the content that's covered by the leaked walkthrough, I started looking at the game files to find the variables for each new event, and then find their dependencies so I don't have to bother figuring out the path I need to go down for new content. Even then, sometimes you need a combination of girls with high stats that you don't have in a saved timeline, and figuring out which chain of events to get them in combination and at the right endgame location can still be a PITA. However, once you're familiar enough with the overall game structure, if you can use GREP to figure out the variables associated with each event, figuring out each update can go pretty quickly.

Can you please tell me how can i step demonstrate where it says if you can't say your sister then bring back up and also how to go day 3?
You should just use the walkthrough for that. If you don't want to spoil things, just search or use the table of contents. The walkthrough isn't really spoiler-filled anyway. There are too many steps in the demonstration leading up to that for me to remember and I can't pull the game up right now.
I would list here the sequence to go to the day 3. I don't know how much have you done with different characters so I wouldn't describe all supporting steps, only the main one.
- After successful demonstration get to the good scene with Mia at night. CAS suggests to use it, so repeat and ask Mia for help with Claire. She refuses.
- Then ask other girls - Lisa at Suburbs and Janice and Georgia after successful demonstrations but with relationship to a girl. Everyone refuses.
- If you already saw how Alice ends in the night if you didn't help her, then CAS gets the idea of using it. We need Matt to be arrested at night, so we go to police and tell what we know.
- Cooper tells us that Matt gave Alice something during arrest. We could try to pickpocket Alice but for success we need to upgrade pickpocketing. So if Georgia pickpocketed us on some version of failed demonstration then we know who could teach us. Then we pickpocket Alice
- Cooper tells that this license is fake, so to learn the name of the victim we need to go to hospital records. We need to meet Cynthia, get her trust in Slutty Beauties, give her pretty dress as a payment, and organize explosive demonstration as a distraction. After filtering out patients we get our victim.
- Then we finally could go to day 3. Actions during day 2 would be like this:
- Day - go to police
- Afternoon - don't go to successful demonstration
- Evening - go to police
- Night - Matt is arrested. You could have fun with Alice, but it's not necessary now
- Tell Claire that you have another girl for her. You would need Self-Control upgrade to go through (on yoga course), and I suggest to get it as early as you could. But you could get it at any moment before this check on it.

Matt always arrested in the morning and he release in evening and i can't talk to Cooper whenever I go there there isn't any talk with her mc only says let's go back and how can i unlock police station?
Until CAS gives idea of using Alice you wouldn't ask to meet Cooper. So you need ask all the girls first.
For Janice I could give you some pointers but not the exact order of events. You would need to let Dana get into car accident, help Janice with speech, participate in successful demonstration and talk with her afterwards. If you have enough relationship then she could help to carry Mia and Georgia to your apartments and will stay for a blowjob. That's the moment to ask for help.
Just to check - have you already asked Mia and Lisa for help?

I think one of the issues a lot of people run into in this game, is that some of the paths require very specific conditions that are tough to duplicate without referring to a walk through unless CAS happens to give a hint that tells you exactly how to do something you're stuck on.
A few good examples for me are getting Mia and Georgia to give MC a handjob after a successful demonstration (even after getting Mia to do it once, still can't seem to figure out how to do it again to get her help with her sister), and pushing things with Janice in the supply room the morning of day 2.
The hints CAS gives you are just not specific enough (at least not for me). Succeeding at those takes tons of attempts even with the hint before I stumble onto the right combination. Would be nice if some of that stuff became a little easier with enough fun points or something. Maybe it does for some things, not sure. I haven't played the past several versions so I'm still getting back into it.
The demonstration in particular has so many different permutations that it takes forever to get them all, and even longer if you have to try to figure out how to repeat a specific one.

This spoiler seems to be from a walkthrough that I remember being useful but the walkthrough currently linked in the OP is a different one that doesn't seem to point to any useful steps. Is there a different link to the old walkthrough that actually gives you detailed instructions on how to get specific scenes?
