As far as I've seen it's random.

yep totally random and also trying to understand the few discussions happening makes you more confused than it help. yikes.

The code is so fucking bad to boot and we have to go through compiled code to modify things so it's like 3x worse. Absolutely impossible to figure out and I've spent daaays on it, some parts of the game are just way too hard to mod. The best thing I've been able to do so far is modify some of the stats of the game (such as you losing love points after she starts falling in love with the cuckold bull + some better creampies and such counts) I have really tried to remodel the random sex counts so they would be a bit more personalized but the code for this is split into 55 different systems and the I'd attribution for it is the most incomprehensible thing ever, I still can't figure out how it works or where it is in the first place lol

that's terrible. since I can draw I wanted to mod all the males to the game, instead of just 2 male sprites, but at this point I'm afraid this is not actually possible.
Anyway can you share this small mod you made or is it too rough?

Not quite but it is a good representation of the game, I do think this is one of Kegani's best games.

Lately I've been able to get that as my first ending of the save file, without any perm upgrades.

for what I know no, but I'm trying to put it in my games (Artificial Blood and Cuckoo Mask) and I tried to convince Nostalgia and Lust dev to put it as well lol
as for random event with location visit, Nostalgia and Lust is similiar to what you need

Question though for that new game - does the dev include an English translation from the get-go, or is that something he releases later? His translations are pretty bad MTL true, but it is often better than nothing.
