At the bottom of the sidebar on the left hand side is a button that says "Codes, walkthrough and FAQ".
Click on it and you'll see a place to enter in a number with "Enter your code..." below it.
Enter in a number from 1 to 133 as listed in the included Cheats.txt file.

I updated the HTML file for v0.9.9.1 to include unhashed codes from 1-134.
1 is INT
2 is STR
3 is PER
4 is CHR
5 is REP
6-134 are all specific questline skip cheats. I will upload them in a separate text document included with the HTML. Enjoy not grinding.
EDIT: all you have to do is replace the HTML file. the codes are already changed in there, list is so you know what does what
