Unity - Timestamps: Lost Love [R11 PE P1] [Motkeyz]

I really enjoy the game, beautiful models, great animation. Even though I am not big fan of unity for these kind of games , much prefer renpy, this one is worth it for the experience and also the story is quite interesting

The game has beautiful models/renders and an interesting premise that sadly falls short of follow-through. Embrace your mythos, no matter how insane it may sound. "Chekhov's gun," use it.

It appears the dev(s) are not sure which way to go and flop between "pound-town" and delaying for no other reason than... reasons?

Take the First episode. The girlfriend has expressed interest in a 3way with the milf and the main Protoganist (is your typical porn protagonist; except when it comes to banging his way into X-somes). He has "hiccups" for no other reason than to have "hiccups."

The perfect lee-way would have been the hospital scene. Where the milf needs to "milk" the protagonist. Girlfriend comes in, catches Milf. Joins in. Talk about a missed opportunity.

The whole story has been building up to the milf and protagonist finding the opportunity to bang and when it finally happens in R6, it happens in narrative form. The few scenes we DO get are the same redundant loops we've seen in every update prior.

So much build-up for so little payoff...

R5 was the best update by far because the narrative is FINALLY embraced. We get him banging his girls while introducing another.

For some unclear reason the girls were divided up and 2 separate orgies commenced. The strangest part of that was the orgy taking place in the balcony above. For some unclear reason they never heard what was happening below and were surprised to find the Protagonist even though it was made ABUNDANTLY clear they wanted him to join (A blind person could have seen how horny every girl was). Again, drama for drama's sake???

Find Chekhov's gun and fire it. Stop adding drama where there is none and pleasure those girls. That is the MCs goal. Getting between the sheets. He just comes across as pathetic when he's surprised by every naked girl and opportunity. Life is handing him lemonade, drink it.

The game was excellent. The art was awesome, the story was awesome (even nodded to some known people/games), and the concept was just well done while still being it's own thing. (time tavel)

There's times where things just got a little crazy, but it was all with welcomed comedy.

If a VN game like this can make me feel immersed in the world, and have this character depth like this one did. It's always going to be an excellent 5 stars from me. Keep up the awesome work devs!

Brilliant game that is engaging and fun to play.

Pros

• Beautiful renders and visuals

• Perfect blend of story and lewd content
• Excellent facial expressions, especially during sex (very rare in most games)

Cons

• Some sex events are only partially animated. For example, the handjob or blowjob will be animated but the vaginal sex won't be. I understand that it takes more time to animate the whole scene but I would prefer this as opposed to faster content releases or getting further along in the story.
• Some animations are excellent while others are slightly above average. All of the animations have good frame rate, however some don't have enough back and forth movement. In one animation, towards the end, the MC only moves his dick back and forth an inch.
• I question the use of Unity here as most visual novels fit better into the Ren'Py environment. It got annoying some times because Unity can be slow and clunky. It took three times as long to save or load the game as opposed to Ren'Py as one example. Also, there isn't a true rollback feature like there is in Ren'Py.
• Veronika (Nika) and Gaz look too much alike. They look like identical twins. Sure, there are minor differences but if they had the same makeup and hairstyle it would be difficult to tell them apart.
• Breasts aren't affected by gravity much in this game. This is typical of nearly all games on this site however. In real life, breasts don't stick straight out. That is more of a teenage male fantasy. MILFS with 16-18 year old breasts in terms of perkiness is a bit too much fantasy.
• Some of the large breasts in the game aren't naturally shaped. Some of them look like they had a boob job. Natural breasts aren't shaped this way. Again, a little too much fantasy here.
• The transition in breast size with Heather between college life and becoming a MILF was too drastic. Even late bloomers don't explode in breast size after college. Breasts naturally grow bigger as the body's metabolism slows down with age but it is a very slow and steady transition. In college, Juliana had much larger breasts than Heather and then when they both were MILFs, they had nearly the same breast size. This damaged immersion for me some. I know big breasts are all the rage, but I prefer to keep one foot in reality also.
• Heather has some conflicting dialog just after the threesome scene with the MC, Juliana, and Heather (when they were in college). Heather expresses some frustration about Juliana not sharing the MC and the MC makes a comment about taking Heather into his room and then Heather says something like, "I'm not that kind of girl." It wasn't presented as a joke but as being serious. During the threesome, Heather gives the MC permission to fuck her pussy, taking her virginity. The MC would have done it if it weren't for Juli complaining and saying, "What about me?" and preventing it from happening.
• I encountered two "audio not found" errors during the game. It was a sound effect clip. I didn't install any mods or third party patches.
• The save game page needs some serious help. All the save games are one big horizonal line. If you don't have very many save games it is a minor issue. If you have a lot of save games it is highly annoying to sort through them!
• This is a minor complaint but I would prefer more sex positions and/or angles during the sex scenes. For example, the author could animate the same sex position but from different angles. He could also just use more sex positions and animate all of them. This would elevate the sex scenes even further.
• Females orgasm very easily and frequently. The ratio between female orgasms and male orgasms is roughly 3 to 1. Males don't even have to work hard to get the females in the game to orgasm. It is the opposite of how things work in real life. In one scene, the female has an orgasm just from giving a male a blowjob with no other female stimulation (it was ridiculous). The fast and easy female orgasms in this game are a bit too much. Too much fantasy here. Guys only wish it were this way in real life!

The cons are mostly minor issues and don't ruin the game experience.

Overall, the game is well done and well polished! I had a fun time with this game and it kept me engaged my entire playthrough! The game is a near masterpiece. There is some room for improvement however as listed in the cons. The game is worthy of a five star rating!

It is clear that the author is highly talented and cares a lot about his games due to the high attention to detail. One thing this author does that many developers don't is the use of good facial expressions.

I highly recommend this game and encourage others to give it a try!

Simply amazing. Great models, great animations. Sublime wanking material. I'm not a huge stickler over story, but I actually enjoy this story. These devs are a-ok in my book. Can't wait for rest of it.

Mindblowing !!! Everything is epic in this game characters, graphic, story. Hard to stop once you started it ... I love as well character desing, would love have more animated scenes but it is good that there are some already.

Solid render quality, writing, and amount of content. Generally would recommend.

Minus 1 star though, because the devs have largely re-created the Ren'Py interface in Unity, with just enough differences to be jarring:

• The text-skip button is Shift instead of Ctrl
• Scrolling up isn't rollback, it's move forward one frame
• Scrolling DOWN is rollback, like some weird Mac user.
• Right click is ALSO move forward one frame, instead of save menu/main menu
• Rollback is automatically blocked at every decision, making rollback largely pointless. Wouldn't mention it since that's often a narrative choice, but there's a button for directly taking you back to the last choice! Weird that one works but the other is disabled...
• The on-screen skip button is laggy and doesn't toggle again when clicked.

Mostly nit-picky issues, but these are my only real issues with this game.

First of all I have to say that this game has the most amazing and realistic characters and relationship development in VN history. And believe me I played a lot of VN.
it became even more mature in Chapter two.
The gameplay is simple and this makes the game even more enjoyable
The hint system is very handy and efficient
Animations and renders are so satisfying to watch and are just a 10/10

One of the bests game series today. The renders are awesome, the plot is intriguing, the models are stunning and the sex scenes are fucking hot. The chapter 1 is amazing and this chapter 2 keep the quality on top. This devs deserve much more patrons. Whoever read this, this a game worth to play and dev worth to support.

Probably one of the top 3 games on the market at the moment and I have played over 50 games so far, top quality animations, renders and definitely an interesting storyline. If you still have any doubts of playing it, have no more and give it a try, it will most probably fascinate you.

The artwork and animations are some of the best work I have seen by far. I am not trying to discount others artwork as their are a lot of really good dev's out there but the art in this one is by far imo the best hands down. The story is pretty interesting the way it keeps bumping around and changing from present to past. I am really interested in seeing how it goes from here. Best of luck to the dev team and thanks for making a good guy MC. I do wish he was bit tougher instead of getting beat up but I understand he's not very experienced with violence like a lot of young people.

Graphics are nice the writing is teribad. Sorry but so may plot holes and ridiculous dialog that it ruins the story. I would suggest to the devs they actually read the the story and think about how it strings together.

You know like the MC meeting someone who describes exactly who used to live in the apartment next to the barber shop down to a T middle aged blond who used to coach the cheerleading squad and later the MC wonder if it might have been his sister?

C'mon. I get it it's a porn story. But this game does not deserve 5* I quit the game as the story got more and convoluted.

If i were to describe this game in one word,it would be,QUALITY.After the first game i didn't really thought that the creator will be able top it,bu he did,i can say that now already.Storywise he had it all already figured out even in the first part.Storywise and visually,this is the best game on the site.Motkeyz takes his time with the updates and i am glad that he does because he DELIVERS!EVERY TIME!

Mildly interesting story.
Kind of fleshed out characters. Mostly simple, but still interesting.
Amazing models with detailed skin textures.
Very generous with sexual encounters - don't bother so much with story, but enough to be invested in situation.

Timestamps is a prime example of how a dev team can grow and improve over the span of a game's development. And I say "a game" because I'm going to rate both chapters as one. While ch2 has some improvements it still plays like the same game pretty much.

I have to admit that the very first time I tried this, I got the impression it was yet another tired "taboo" game. With the big dick brat, slutty "landlady" and bitchy" roommate". And while it did have a sci-fi plot of sorts, it mostly served as background to sex scenes. It was convoluted and just seemed like an excuse for MC to be a perv.

But unlike most games of this type that just devolve from there, this one did the unthinkable. It actually improved! Characters growing beyond their sterotypes, started filling plot holes, stroke a good balance between plot and porn and actually got you engaged in its story. Full of time travel shenanigans, some mystery and of course plenty of action with very well rendered milfs (and not only).

And it's not just the models that are well rendered but the whole game is good looking. Both UI and backgrounds. Especially the latter plays an important part when trying to show some retro aesthetic for the time travel segments.

This is one of the few games I'm happy to see an update for, just to see how the story continues. It's partially due to dev's impressive ability for a well placed cliffhanger but also for the story itself. Definitely deserving of the attention as far as I'm concerned.

Good Points
+ We have an interesting story so far. Especially learning new things about stories always makes things far more interesting while things being too complicated can make things boring and frustrating. For example, Old Man Jones's last name being Glenn was a pretty interesting moment... If you recall the first chapter that was actually the family name of Bacon, so Old Man Jones being actually Old Bacon is a big probability and that's a very interesting plot twist I should say. And there is the thing about MC and his mother's daughter Helen thing, honestly, I was waiting for MC to be his own father kind of paradox but not happened lol.
+ Art/Render style looks pretty good, we have well-made outdoor and interior designs and our girls/women look hot as well. Especially the young version of Grandma Kate... Damn...
+ General quality looks good.
+ We have decent animations, animation quality, and physics.

Bad Points
- We don't have a choice for some of the story parts and probably not every person gonna like that. If you are not into camgirl things or some light-sharing scenes etc. In some parts, you are going to be a little bit angry.
- Animations and renders need a little bit of quality improvement and animations can use a little bit better physics as well.
- Sometimes story feels cringy and annoying.
- Especially with the latest updates remembering old story parts or understanding the story became awfully hard, because the story-telling of this game is a damn mess... Instead of telling things with good order, our DEV tells them without any order, we went past and see some scenes then we learn we were there before but we don't know why or when then we go back and when we go past again we go a little bit before but we learn we were there before again and we don't know why or when again! Or we met people who tell us they already know us but we don't know who are they?! That's just annoying AF... Basically with this cryptic story-telling remembering old story parts or understanding new story parts becomes harder with every update...
- If you play game updates when they come then you will see a lot of non-animated sex scenes and nearly zero penetration animation while seeing animations for all other stuff. Sometimes after 1 or 2 updates, DEV adds more animations for those non-animated scenes but while there is a lot of great position/angle he can choose most of the time he chose the worst and easiest position/angle to animate and that's all you get from penetrations... I can give a lot of examples for great looking sex scenes with animations for basic stuff (BJ, HJ, TJ, PL, etc) with no penetration animations or animated ones with terrible positions/angles like R6PE Maru & Julie or Agnes and MC's first sex scene or R8 P1 Young Grandma Kate sex scene.
-At the first versions of the game I was really impressed how DEV managed to fix unity's slow UI-like problems but looks like with R6PE we lost that feature as well... When I press the save button it literally gives me a 3 or 5-second wait for just saving. That's so annoying and that's one of the reasons I hate unity games. This game was an exception but looks like nothing more...

For The End
This is one of the games that have lots of content and game you will love and hate sometimes... It could be 5 stars rate game easily without poor decisions made by DEV creating bad points I told but with the current rate, it's the average game I guess? I wish I can give this game a better rate, but with the current rate, it does not deserve it.

THIS is a game that never once since it's first realease have disapointed me. I just love almost everything in this game from the magnificent model to the well written and very funny story and the dazzling animation. And it keeps getting better at every release and that's the sign of a dev who love his game and listen to his community. Certainly one of the best game on F95.
