None of the PC downloads I get off of here work...for very long. It appears to install correctly, but almost immediately it starts getting stuck...or laggy. Eventually, it just freeze up. Happened every time I've tried to install it.
Try making a h-game sometime. You might understand why that is.
I don't know all circumstances and because devs past work i tend to believe him, while updates did take long he delivered more or less decent content, could be better as it all went down in quality for me with introduction of 80s timeline like i mentioned before, which could've been only one content update to move plot forward instead it hogged a lot of resources that could've been used for main cast of girls, i don't know if that was his plan from the beginning that was simply too ambitious for the time he had and along the way he lost the idea what to do with the story, but with that being said is there any sort of proof that final episode even exist?
Since a more than a year has past did he ever reveal to anyone how the story would conclude? i don't follow this thread often so i don't know if there are any details like that, this went from one of my favorite games here to forgotten because a lot of time had passed and long period to deliver updates. Could it just be that story conclusion doesn't even exist so they're bidding time until people forget about this game? Certainly it wouldn't be a good optics to his supporters of another game. It's not my intention to shit on dev but i find it strange that even if he had good relationship with the coder, more than a year passed and even if it's an adult game it's a business with his reputation on a line, couldn't he just pass the project to some other person or party so it could be done sooner?

Have I ever represented myself being a professional in this area? He has been taught for coding many years. Nobody described this profession as an easy bread.

Since it's not known WHEN and IF the final release will be out, it would make much more sense to tag this game as [Abandoned] or at least [On Hold]. More so knowing the last update was more than 1 year ago.

To you it's incompetence that the dev refuses to switch to Ren'Py, and that's your opinion. But the dev doesn't want to use Ren'Py, but Unity, and that's that.
Oh, and by the way, it's not incompetence for not switching engines because the dev certainly could do it if they wanted to, but they refuse to.
Also, releasing the final episode as a standalone using Ren'Py is a dumbass idea because they're not switching engines and they'd then have to include to episode in Unity version anyhow. Plus, even if the dev did make it a standalone in Ren'Py, then that would somehow need to recognize which choices you made in previous episodes (because this isn't a game without choices and different outcomes), and that is a problem.
But yeah, being stubborn isn't the same as being incompetent.

I will be the one to say it nobody can port Unity games to Android port unless the developer makes it for Andoid only the creator make it to android
Understand you want to defend a developer but get real. Sitting for a year and not taking any action to port your whole game is not stubbornness, it’s stupidity and a spit in supporters faces.
For all we know this engine is fucked to kingdom come and won’t be fixed. When does your thought of stubbornness change to incompetent (another year)?

You're wrong: Motkeyz said he finished with this game months ago, this means no one is working on Timestamps at this moment. It's unknown if and when Aesouh will do his part to complete the game, hence Timestamps is currently abandoned.
They did not compile this correctly for macOS. I've downloaded from two different sites now and I'm always told that the file is damaged and should be thrown in the trash.

You should wait to have the final version before playing chapter 2 at this point in time if you never played it since you will have to start from scratch anyway. All these bugs will be corrected in final version.
