I also attached the "fixed incest patch" to the post, DO NOT EXTRACT it, place English_Unrated.zip in Languages, again DO NOT EXTRACT it. Then at the main menu, go to the upper right, and click "English Unrated" and make sure you get the popup as shown below and click OK.

Timestamps: Lost Love [v2.2 Bugfix Steam SE] [Motkeyz]

If you have a crash at start you need the Steam Fix. Replace the steam_api64.dll with the one in Timestamps Lost Love_Data/Plugins/x86_64. It is the same thing you had to do with the first game with the fix.

Changelog (this is just Steam's blurb since, well, no idea how much is added between R11 and v2.2):

Continuation from Timestamps: Unconditional Love
Plenty of very explicit content.
Over 8500 High Quality images and more than 320 animations.
Fully optional smoking elements.

There was a critical problem with getting stuck in the game when in the library, this has now been corrected but you have to replay the scene before in Dean's Office.

Still unable to play it, even with the latest version of Visual C++ installed. Still getting the white screen at the beginning. Is there any workaround?

How I got it to work... Talk to the dean then go straight to the library. It seems that talking to the bitches in the hallway messes up the library. here is a good save if you are lazy.
