Hmmm... OK downloaded and want to start playing, but my saves are not working. I can see them...season 1 and 2, but it keeps saying: The file is not ready for Chapter 2, even though I'm Loading it from Chapter 2...?

Yes. Due to a change in the Unity engine version because of security flaws in the one previously used, older saves are no longer compatible.
Whoever filled in the entire VNDB about the game... Damn
, first time I see it about the characters and everything, even sexual traits and spoilers. Color me impressed.This is so trippy to me too and honored to be one of your first games
I too once had my first game on this website as well when it was in its early development (A Town Uncovered).Thanks for all the support and fandom over the years with our franchise, means a lot to me to have been a part of a game that is remembered as one of the first and great ones to them. I am sorry that it took so long to get this final release out, but I'm glad that it's out in the end. No way in hell i would abandon this, so many years, it was important to me and a passion project as wel. and ill make sure to squash whatever remaining issues are there, although i've been working hard since the release with patches as you can see on steam.
I finally fixed Mac which required waaay too much work. You know when they say dont fix what aint broke, well a lot broke at once, when i had to update one thing which lead to another thing breaking, there so i had to replace the steam integration libraries, file structures, webp libraries and more, but on the flip side, now mac works on both intel and arm/apple silicon architectures... That one is for all of you mac fans, even if there aint too many of you i made sure you're taken care of
Still got some quirks to work out with linux but also some content (notably one scene or two involving john) is going to be added in
Hope you will add our game bundle to your collection in steam at some point, I know a lot of people were talking about the trying before buying, I get that, but it's a bit sad when you rent getting the full experience here, and i hope you have gottne to try it well over the last i dunno... 22~ releases? I remember people telling us in the first chapter's thread that we waint getting past 4 updates
The issues reported here were swiftly fixed and deployed, but to be honest this was always sort of a common occurance with F95 as many may know, the version that gets leaked here is always a bit behind and it can take a few patches to get things fixed, I would too be frustrated with issues you guys are having, some of those I don't even recognize.

It does, I tested it on my compressed version and others have already verified it works for them as well.
If you used my updated build here, or my updated compressed version here it works as others have said it does and it also works just fine on my end and tested on 2 systems.
The hotfix is posted already.

After applying the hotfix only you can only select the english version. To get it to play the English Unrated I had to rename it to English. I renamed the English version to English_Backup. I still can't select which version I want to play but by swapping the names I can play the Unrated version by giving it the default version's name.

I'm pretty sure it is bugged currently as others have reported this even with the "official" version.
Just use the hotfix, there is still another bugfix incoming.
