Nah i think you just managed to somehow reach the inventory panel , its hiddne on the left side, you must be playing in an interesting resolution to make that happen, or you closed the inventory while your mouse was on an item, i dont know, but that shouldnt cause any problems

hmm, this is first time im stucked longer than 5 mins, the game always intuitive. Maybe there are some items i need to collect ?
