Is it not possible to get all scenes in one playthrough? I'm missing some scenes and a bonus scene.
No because they are based on contradicting choices usually

Have you also seen all solution for your save problem?
My guess is, that you don't have writing permission for your game folder.
If you have the game in a hidden folder, it saves the game but then it can't find it later, so if you move the game folder its fine. In next version we are automatically moving all the saves you add to the folder into a persistent folder, so you dont have to worry about the saves anymore, but not yet

Changes the names to Mom, Sister, etc.... For example if a game without the patch had dialogue like "I can't do that! You're my tenant!" The patch would change it to "I can't do that! You're my son!" Helpful?

Use the search function, and click on "search" (search doesn't work with enter). I think @a.i.w.a. posted his saves somewhere here.
Try to move or extract the game to your desktop and try to save again. Or just wait for Christmas Eve
