If you downloaded v1.1 Steam edition from here, it's the "old version", because LewdPatcher updated to the "newest" Steam version that was posted yesterday (there was a Steam update), usually when you click at the bottom you see "previous versions" and they leave the patches there for old versions, not sure why they didn't this time.

Either wait, use the attached one I posted which is still the old Steam v1.1 that is posted here, or get the Patreon version.

I downloaded the one you shared, it still says outdated tho. Any clue?

No, I actually edited the zip file (incest patch file) by myself, and changed the version to '1.1'. and It WORKED !!
