Platinum version is the version we release with the animated menu, while the special version is the steam version.

Simply paste the English_unrated.zip straight into the "./Timestamps Unconditional Love_Data/Languages/" folder.
Do not unzip it.

At runtime click the flag with "Unrated" on the main menu to switch to the patched script.

Are you copying the English_Unrated.zip file straight into the correct folder?
It should already have a "English.zip" file in it.

So if you unzipped the game to "C:\Timestamps"
Go to "C:\Timestamps\Timestamps Unconditional Love_Data\Languages"
Paste the "English_Unrated.zip" to this folder. Do NOT unzip it!

The folder should look like this...

Looks like your issue lies in the language zip file being corrupted.

I'd delete the game and unzip it again and make sure the original dialogue works properly.
Then try redownloading and reinstalling the patch.
