but what an incest patch could be except changing names...under 1mo it can't add characters !But yeah was kind of dry answer.

It's just changing the text/dialogues, it does not extend the story or add any characters/scenes. Concerning the why..because it's just a naming patch to change the patreon official patreon version into an incest version as intended in the first place.
