The votes for the normal option are usually slightly less than a quarter, and occasionally exceed. I think he should increase the weight of the normal option, or add a sub-option of normal or enemy for every characters.

I think it would benefits to the system similar to AmateurThrowaway's voting.
(Persona always wins for animations) not mad at it ngl))
When an option is chosen repeatedly for multiple votes, then next vote is automatically the less chosen one. A sort of pity system. Would prefer that as opposed to spending money on a tier to vote for something that never wins.
