No one is forcing you to pay for it, and there IS content out for it, so where is THIS coming from?
After Creative Assembly revealed Total War Warhammer 40K at the Game Awards, he is waiting for the game to drop. Then he needs to wait for someone to create a Rome total conversion mod. Only then can he make the most of the updated graphics and engine for integration as the dedicated campaign tool into the AVN (who would like to play with Rome 2 graphics anyway?). This is critical because the war against the Queen of the Barbarians up north will be a crucial part of the next update.
