I am enjoying the fuck out of this game, I think it scratches an itch I didn't know i had which is impactful choices + harem managment.
Currently on chapter 8 but still holding out on officially bethrowing someone because I'm scared of closing paths. Anyone know if multiple betrowals are a thing? I dont want to get piss off the oldest princess but I also want to marry the viking princess and Lydia.

I really want to get back into this game, but the lack of animations is just killing it for me. The story is so good that I might just play through again just for that. And don't get me wrong, the situations he gets in are very titillating, but having no animation at all keeps this game from being top tier IMO. Even some of the old style jank "stop motion" animations with a few moans here and there would make the experience SOOOO much better IMO. Still a great game if you like medieval time periods, intrigue and struggles for power.

The long and short of it is that is that the project's gotten away from him and at this stage he's more interested in tinkering with the engine, redesigning locations and characters than anything else.

Based on how noncommittal his last several dev logs have been, this thread will absolutely be marked as abandoned before he gets the next update done.

man oh man, I've been searching the forum now for about 30 min trying to decide who is the best choice to become queen, thank you for taking the time to explain everything, your post is amazing with great insight, even before it was brought up I also had my choices, they seem to align with your choices as well, my top 3 choices are Kaylan, Estrid and Flora, at one point I thought that I was going to choose Princess Aelinia but that changed when Felix mentioned her ambition in the conversation with the MC, plus she drinks too much, thanks for your detailed post

I'm still thinking Aelinia. I don't mind her ambition and can see us being very useful partners. (There's also a thought in the back of my head, what will her ambition do, if you choose her as part of the harem, but not Queen?).

Plus, I don't trust Felix (I know MC does, but I don't). He is too close to Isabella (who I want nothing to do with and deliberately making up shit), and what did he do to make Flavia so angry?

Oh Felix is fucking shady for sure, to the point where I can't help thinking it's overdone on purpose.

iirc correctly, after you reject her (if you choose to, of course), she goes around telling everyone you're betrothed anyway, just creating drama and shit.
