Yeah, I am drawing a blank also. I know exactly what game you are talking about though.
"Girl-named guy" and his roommate go to the bar, meet unnamed girl, she laughs at his girl name, they go back to his apartment and fuck all night long while the roommate is all offended, she leaves in the morning right after introducing herself as "boy-named girl".
