Thats Koikatsu, you get models (like MMD) and actions on the internet, the base models in the game's (yes multiple) is kinda ass. Its basically just a sim game in the base game but can fuck.

This rework is a lot better than the previous game so far, at least there’s some worthy plot to follow now. The choices do seem somewhat irrelevant however.

game is a trouble parody ntr (?) game that somewhat got more coherent than in the two previous upload but there isn't more content and all previous content disapeared so there's nearly nothing and the game bug thrice as much as before (dev probably used the same "build" and just wrote "over" it making the game absolutely disgusting to play) making a clean slate and doing a kinetic novel would probably work better ( at least it should work ^^) because as the choice aren't explained and random scene pop after unexplained and unrelated sentence that are probably plot choice there isn't much difference in making it a kinetic novel (it would also probably be less messy and be a good training for the clearly amateur dev)
btw putting a patreon add and link for this utter bullshit is a clear insult to both player and the dev himself as it must be harder to make than the rest of the clunky buggy game :S ( unless dev used a "pre-made" script for it ... which probably asked for more research than his renpy tutorial ><)
edit : btw changelog say upload is about arc 1 but what i played only had a prologue so not too sure if it bugged or if it meant that the upload had the entire prologue ... which kinda sound sad for a rework ... or a game as prologue is basicaly a teaser to put some explanation of the starting setting but not an important part of the story and usualy somewhat optional
