I have a few questions
1) can you get the sarah second cheat event without cheating with noel?
2) can you add in some discussions about their time at the sex club and how the mc feels about her fucking everything with a dick?
3) can you add some more interactions with the bar maid?
4) is there anyway to move the story forward without the mc cheating with noel? Could it be triggered to move forward with some other event?
5) is there any advancement in the story if you tell sarah she cant do things with the neighbor
5) any way to allow the players to see what is going on with sarah as events occur?

Lollll, you are acting like I'm hiding something and you made the great discovery, but it's literally mentioned in the walkthrough that it works this way, I shall quote:
There is a ‘x’% chance with every change of location in or outside that she contacts you.

I believe in earlier walkthroughs the I even gave the exact percentage, but I kept changing it so many times, I just placed x.

Also, trust me when I say it makes the game a lot more playable as I have tested it a lot with different percentage or instant triggers (no percentage). So It's not "Bad dev", it's been tried and tested and reworked with the feedback I have gotten from players and my own testing.
