Save does indeed work, you just need to put these files inside "BnbSave0" in AppData\Local\TogetherBNB\Saved\SaveGames. If you don't see that folder then create one.

I wouldn't lie about what Steam doesn't mention, but I've practically. Played the game until the latest update and I know what I'm talking about

The game included sex last time I played, which was years ago.

Mind, it wasn't a TON of sex, but there was definitely sex. I distinctly remember two different scenes with penetration, and I'm pretty sure there was more. If development has been at all forward, which it sounds like it has, then I'd expect a pretty good number of scenes.

At least one of those screenshots on the steam page I recognize as a scene I played through. Early on you can go to this brewery type building and meet the hot girl running it, and then if she likes you and you pick an option I vaguely recall considering insane to actually consider, you can actually just fuck the shit out of her in the back.

Good game with story content, gameplay and nice graphics. I could play from zero to end of early access, with some bugs here and there but still pleasant to play (don't forget to save a lot)

Game is ressource hungry af. Your GPU is alright, what about CPU and RAM? I can play that for like 2 hours before it crashes on a 7800x3d, 7900gre gpu und 32gb ram.

My dude i have 9800x3d 9070xt on lowest preset my gpu usage in bnb house is 90% i guess because 4 character are moving at once i didn't even try to put it on highest settings

Well yeah as i said, ressource-hungry af. My GPU ist at 90/100% at High Settings. it's really poorly optimised tbh.

by my testings its highly recommended to have at least 10 or more GB free on a C: Drive to cache RAM. Maybe thats the issue here... Hope this will fix your Problem
