I always try to keep save games forward-compatible so you should have no issues. No reason to start a new playthrough unless maybe you want to try a different affection route.
The only thing that could be problematic is if it's in the middle of some special scene or interaction. But a save file in the main chamber screen for example should always work
I learned that masturbating too much can lead to sore muscles in your hand. So, I asked my (female) physiotherapist to do it!

It's a feature I didn't look into yet, thanks for bringing it up, as I always thought it relates to skipping but that's 2 different features entirely as I now realize. It does not seem like there's a default way to just activate it without code. So I will note this down and put it in the backlog for a future release
.Is it just me, or does the mentioned improved naked dance video have a mistake when the loop doesn't align properly, leading to a rough jump between the last and fist frame? Other than that, yeah, the jiggle is good.
Is it worth it to download this update, or should i just wait to the next one for more content?

UltraBabes, I am loving this game/story so much. The improvements you have made to the game has set this game on course to be one of the best games out there. I was wondering, since there is fucking in the game and Lara is not using contriceptives, would it be possible for her to get pregnant? I would so love to see her happy with a baby bump, fucking and still exploring. Her aide and her become serious lovers. It's not everyday to find a famous explorer, exploring while pregnant. Maybe, it even opens up her slut side. Who knows, even opening up a sharing path? Only you, UltraBabes, can answer these questions, lol.

Yes you are right, it doesn't loop perfectly yet unfortunately, this is really a tricky one - usually I go for the true and tried method to reverse an animation to "ping pong" back and forth but for the boob physics this looked very weird. I will try to improve it at later point to play more smoothly.

My current plan is to include pregnancy in an epilogue if support / interest is high enough after I wrapped up the main story.
To explain a bit further: The "regular" endings in Chapter 3 will take place 1-2 months after the events in the tomb in Chapter 2. In an epilogue, I could fast forward a couple of months and add all kinds of cool stuff about the (good or bad) relationship at that point, without it being too distracting from the main story line.
It's worth noting that your save game already contains a variable that tells me whether or not you came in her... just saying
