seems like this game is for sure going no where though at least the creator is upfront about it, It's a shame people would love a Tomb Raider game.

It was nice, and I enjoyed it. However it is very short. It has 2 choices you can make, and you will finish the game in under 5 minutes. Go through again, and finish it again fast with the other 2 answers. Then it's out of replay value.

who said that? Of course there are, at least in the version I got directly from the patreon. It uses the models from the actual 2013 Tomb Raider game (via source filmmaker.)

mmh, the fact is.. this guy look like to have alots of ideas and want to make tons of stuff in same time.
frankly, he doesnt sound very serious to me. he just start multiples projects in same time... not the kind of thing to do for proove you are ready to finish one completly :/

you cant be sued for making a porn game, here in the U.S. porn is considered a parody and protected, how do you think we got live action pokemon porn and its still not taken down? Nintendo issues DMCAs and takedown notices to everything that is made without proper licensing so if nintendo cant do it neither can any other company.

this is not a company or something big, but just an small guy who make something.

simple peoples can be getting down very easily and super fast, whatever their live place. its not like if this guy have possibility to counter an DMCA from ubisoft.

also, a parodi need to use modified model, this is "ripped" model from the game . technically illegal in all way. its different. and it turn even worse when its used for porn.
so, yes, they are tons of porn stuff with sfm lara, still, most of them didnt ask for money .

I have studied copyright law to a small extent, United states law has several provisions that protect the creators and their works, but parodies (google it) is like, comedy, making fun of something, somehow porn is in this category, porn is protected under "fair use". the company lawyer can send whats called a nasty gram to the developer telling the to stop developing it or "something might happen" its just bully tactics really and if he were taken to court it would get thrown out instantly.

but not in all country, thats the problem. if something happen here, they will choose the country in wich the suceed is garantee... the creator/modder country, or the original owner country.
just saying, ubisoft can get down everything in the world just by using french law, and they can do that without problem

For the licence to be valid you need to do the art work yourself. In this game the model is stolen directly from the game. The intro is stolen directly from a game. You can't use someones else work and call it parody.


You also can't use the title he used. It will get shut down.
