I think it's just schizophrenia or something, although I wouldn't be surprised if Cozmo was a ghost talking to Luna through the stuffed animal.

He's just over the top edge. Everything is vulgar. Just so predictable and one-note. Not only does he suck for who he is but also for how they all react to him. Luna is doing that annoying thing of hinting at stuff he says and then the conversations just becomes everyone asking ''what did Cosmo just say?'' and her saying it's a secret or you don't want to know. Kinda like that thing annoying people do where they bring up something only to say they can't talk about it.
A couple of times the writer hints at how much he hates ''wokeness'' and how woke everything has become by having characters agree with that sentiment. It's almost like he created a vulgar, unlikeable, unfunny character just so he could dismiss any criticism as wokeness or pc bullshit. The thing is Cosmo won't trigger you or enrage you. He's just boring.
