I downloaded that asset and created this. No, that not an HDRI backdrop. That is a fully 3D environment. In fact it's the one I used in the previous three renders. I just pushed it all the way to the left to where it's just the end of the asset. I think it turned out good.

It's impressive that you can get that lighting without post-processing, honestly.
It took a lot of trail and error. One of the things I've started to tell new devs who ask me for advice is to master lighting before you learn anything else in DAZ. I wish someone had told me that early on but I had to learn the hard way.

It gets to a point sometimes where even I'm surprised at what I can do with just DAZ3D. LOL!
The snow plow on the front of the truck is this one just reshaped and repainted.

Good morning y'all. I woke up with some good news. One of the things that has been stressing me out about this update is the noodling scene. For those of y'all that don't speak Redneck noodling is a type of fishing where instead of using rod and reel you just jump into the river and catch 50+ pound catfish with your bare hands. It's basically catfish wrestling. I thought up this noodling scene over a year ago. The main reason I never did it is because I could never find a good 3D catfish model. I had found an okay models earlier this year and that's what I was going to use. It was very subpar model and wasn't even a correct type of catfish for the region. This morning I woke up and thought about that scene. I thought to myself "I wonder if anyone has made some new catfish models? It's been a while since I checked." I went and check RenderHub and this 3D model was posted a few weeks ago. This is a Blue Catfish which is native to Southern Missouri and is a favorite of catfish noodlers. Now I haven't tested out the model yet. It's not even a DAZ3D model. It's a .FBX model. Most .FBX models are compatible with DAZ3D. It should work. We'll see.
Anyway, I am back home. I got home about 7AM this morning. It was a nice night drive. I slept in the car while my girlfriend drove. Shh. She's asleep right now. I know what you're thinking. "You let a woman drive you at night while you slept? Are you suicidal?" Guess what? She's Asian too. Yes, I let an Asian woman drive my car at night with me in it while I slept. Now I know your next question is "How many accidents did she get into on the drive back?" None. Your jaw just hit the floor didn't it? And before you ask "No. She's not a femboy." I know you were thinking "A safe Asian woman drive? There's no way that's real. It's got to be a femboy." She is not. She's a tomboy. Tomboy's are the one type of women that are good drivers. Even the Asian ones. Tomboy's are the best!

Hey is it just me or is the flooding of the adult gaming market starting to cool? After Covid it seemed like everyone in their grandma mas trying to make adult games. The past couple months it seems to be dying down. I mean playing adult games is still popular but it seems like the number of creators is dropping. I'm guessing it probably has something to do with that Itch and Steam stuff that happened back in July.
