I've seen one about twice that size up close at a place in East Texas. The place had the skull of one that was close to the size of a vollyball. Also had gators - they were right off of the porch of our cabin that was overhanging the lake. My girlfriend tried to hit them when she cast out the bait - we caught a few perch while there. Fortunately the gators didn't try to bother us back.
Once had about six in view - the closest was about 10 yards off the railing. A turtle about that size was just below us for a bit - we dropped some of the worms we were using as bait on it.
The bigger turtle hung out near a restaurant on the water - it was climbing one of the bridge pilings to see what was up, and maybe hoping for a french fry. Or a toddler...

The 0.8 Alpha isn't the longest update, though the 2nd half may well be, but I think y'all that play it are gonna love it. There's 7 animations for one "Fun Time" scene. One of the biggest complaints I get is there's not enough varity in sex scenes, after "LET ME FUCK CHEYENNE GOD DAMN IT!" of course. Because of that I'm trying to put more effort into writing and animating those scenes. Anyway, things are moving along. So far I've got 3 of 8 animations done. I can't really show y'all preview renders for those because of obvious reasons. Anyway, stay tuned...
