As I recall, the main menu has a "save folder" button, clicking it will take you to the folder where the saves are stored. Simply zip those files and move them to the exact same folder on the new PC.

there's the misey route I think? but there's not that much lesbian content in general tbh
It's a bad ending where Tomie ends up being a prostitute and then disappears. I think it's the quest where they dump Tomie in various places naked or otherwise for shooting a video or something.
