No, I just couldn't find any button to go back into the game from there. I just started another game and have avoided that menu as of now

The top left option should say return, wich will leave the menu
If there's nothing there, then press the reset button, as you have spent more points then you have, or the confirm changes button if you have enough points and the return button should appear again

The game was "done" but more was being added to it, at some point the dev dipped, allegedly because folks in his real life became aware of this project.

It's essentially done but the dev was working on a fantasy version with three playable characters in the same vein and it looked very promising

so far all I know is
Life as an Innocent Waitress
and another one I forgot its name but it seems to copy a lot of this game, the problem is both of them are still new with few content
