Thanks, I have finally figured it out. There is order to where you get the hint, first by Flyer girl, then date neighbor and last go get lost in slum with low enough reputation. This will tell the location of the Black Trader and he sells pepper spray.

Dice-based isn't recommended but I tried it for my first 'run' and it was fine, so I did a new game and tried the AP based one but somehow it keeps putting me back to title screen at random, and it already happened 3 times and I am only just in day 3

Just close the game and restart it.
This should solve the problem, otherwise your savegame is corrupt.

I succeed to get level 51 for each "malus pain" in the skill "tree" (?) and get 100% resistance for each type (anal, vaginal, oral, spanking)
I even try to get to level 100, it's always 100% but always got pain for everything x3
