I saw this one pop up in the "recent posts" list, which is where I get a fair few of my recommendations, actually. The renders looked great and it promises two modes of gameplay, or rather, two paths - there's a love/romance route and a fetish/corruption route. Having played both routes, I would say that, realistically, there isn't any love, romance, fetish, or corruption to speak of in the game. For all of them, the main reason is that there just isn't enough time to develop anything.
The female lead is a real estate agent/realtor, showing you around a secluded mansion you're thinking of purchasing. On the "love" route, it's just the two of you, and you have a little adventure, end up having sex, and then meet up again a month later, at which point it's basically "game over", no more content. On the "fetish" route, it's the same story except you are not single, and you and your wife use the realtor as a plaything. Again, after the sex scene, there's a "game over" after a quick view of "one month later".
I'd guess there's about half an hour of gameplay across both paths combined, so when I say there's no time for anything to build, I mean it. It makes the sex scene, of which there is just that one per path, pretty meaningless, it's just there for titillation. You get a bunch of options during the two sex scenes, which allow you to change position, but otherwise, once you choose your path at the start of the game, it's basically a kinetic novel.
The graphics do look good, and both the girls are beautiful (if using models familiar from other games). Sadly, only the realtor really does anything, with the wife's role reduced to just a blowjob and pretty much just being there while you have sex with the realtor - so I'd struggle to really justify calling it either a threesome or a cuckquean situation. As a proof of concept, or a chapter of an anthology of similar, short sex stories, this could work quite well, but as a standalone game, there just isn't enough there.
