Yes, as Vagabond Scholar said, the only way to advance Bravura's quest is via Dockmaster, but you do not need to have sex with him.
From a design viewpoint this is very confusing: in the 1st part (mansion) *any* seduction counts towards your total; in the Docks, seducing the pearl diver or the pirate woman doesn't move it at all (even intense), and defeating the Admiral doesn't raise it either. This directly breaks the progression mechanics the player has just learned - bad design.
Other than that - some feedback:
1) Finally some real "monster girls" and real non-human leads. Very nice!
1a) You make a point of stressing that once lost restraint can
never be regained, which gives the player the idea that you shouldn't lower it. As this doesn't seem to be the case since progression of H scenes
requires a lower amount (as opposed to say,
Calicross where becoming a cow / bimbo has a permanent effect on your character) please re-word it. Or explain it.
1b) I like the sense of humor so far ("surprise attack") but you should probably tone down some of the facial expressions in the lore dumps - it gives a "Bilbo wants the Ring" jump-scare effect rather than "tragedy and sorrow strikes" look, which is... tonally
very very weird.
2) Remove the option to seduce the teenager in your 1st intro options, since as you don't have any chance to raise lewdness by then, it's just confusing and leads the player to replay the intro to see if there is a route to it.
2a) Please explain mechanics a little better: I worked them out, but it's very Euro-Jank to have a load of 'hidden' mechanics dumped on the player at the start with no clear understanding of what you're doing.
2b) Remove the lust requirement for H scenes: it's grindy and your players are playing for the H scenes. Locking them to further grind
will make players just quit. If you want to use Lust as a stat, then use it to make
additions to H scenes, not as a requirement.
2c) Combat is... not great. I've been using spells but it needs a bit of work. Your percentages are off, chosing a correct counter should raise your chances (or even 100%) damage back. At the moment using a single spell then just spamming attack is actually more effective than attempting strategy. Then again, I did beat all of the battles in the docks before I got the tutorial / dummy, sooo.. Kudos for putting in the extra dialogue about Fey being good at duelling though!
3) The story is kinda confusing at first but we'll see.
3a) Chance to discover places at the Docks is way too low: it took 6+ days, multiple fights (winning against pearl, female pirate *and* Admiral) to uncover the 1st location - I'd strongly suggest that if a player wins a fight then a location is
automatically unlocked for them. This will give a sense of progression and "point" to winning the fights - as at the moment, barring a couple of stat raises and-2 restraint options (if you have high enough lust), not seeing much benefit of doing so.
3b) Intense H scene for Pearl diver doesn't give -2 restraint, which it should since every other scene choice like this does. Likewise sex with Groupchat. You should make these universal bonuses as otherwise the player is left confused.

More feedback when I'm done with 4.2 but so far: refreshing to have an actual monster girl game, but very Euro-Jank feel at the moment which will put a
lot of people off.
Edit: ok, this is actually really good outside the jank. The writing is very funny (plus points showing off some of the original monster girl designs):
Small error here: Should be "Geas"
Anyhow.
I agree with a poster above: this one has gone under the radar, but once it gets going (and you work through the jank) it's good.
