I've read it a few times now and I have to agree that a pregnancy system would fit very well into the game. On the one hand, there will be the DNA lab where breeding can be implemented, and on the other hand, it would make the game much more interesting if you lose to monsters, as there's the possibility of pregnancy, forcing you to be more careful not to lose.

Only if you as player want pregnancy content. Would be THE reason for me to skip that game if there is pregnancy.

As in many other games, you could introduce the option to simply turn off the pregnancy so that everyone is happy.
