Honestly even on Steam it might be region restricted on release, kind of disappointed dev decided to lock stuff behind Patreon paywall rather than releasing this version as is. Project already lost most of it's "steam", would have been a better move to attract new people who would've been willing to support her in the future.
(But it's just my opinion)

You can go to that alien looking mf (the one with glowing eye) approach to the mf and you get some item from him, you just switch cycles [morning, evening i think]
okay, so what content is missing? Is not telling people what they are buying some sort of clever marketing tactic to get people to support your Patreon just to find out what they get by supporting your Patreon? That's kinda weird, but if you want to be coy, you do you.
You can do that in the cracked version and shiny claims there is more stuff in the full version
it does, but the night in this game is way darker than it is in real life. I have pretty good night vision myself and I feel like how dark the game gets breaks my immersion, but that's pretty common with video game darkness. I think a lot of games treat light perception as being strictly linear rather than roughly logarithmic.

To be fair, you can actually see moderately well at night irl, if you give your eyes time to adjust. Especially if there's some moonlight present. Definitely better than whatever visibility the game offers you, that's just bad game design or unfinished visuals, which will get fixed somewhere down the line. Hopefully...
Personally, I walk at night without a flashlight and even in places where there is no artificial lighting. Moonlight is enough for me
