All the videos in the 2025-04 > 09 collections are corrupted for me. The video appears duplicated in the upper left and upper right quadrants with nothing in the lower half. Audio appears to be fine though.

Your codecs are broken from the sounds of it. Plays fine for me in MPC-HC with the K-lite codec pack. Just HEVC encoded vids from what I see.
