Is it possible to upload to another one besides Mega? Mega always fails me when downloading. Anything would be fine!

Try using the addon, for these large files you need the extension or app to download them. Its a long download for free users with the cap as well.
What add-on? If it’s the Mega app for desktop, I’ve tried that already and the moment I begin installing, my quota has already been maxed out. I’ve tried with a VPN as well but got the same results

I use Megasync desktop app.
Yes i still get over download quota but the app can continue download the file after waiting a day.
It works fine even my storage quota over limit.
But don't let the over quota state for long. You may get locked by Mega.
