I was thinking surely this couldn't win the popular vote it's very niche kink combination and surprise it's commissioned. Good for the person who commisioned I guess.

You need to have the outfit in the inventory, have Lust skill unlocked and have 40 power to activate it.

greater lust is broken for mays apartment hunt 1 it just makes mc stuck standing before bed with shirt on.
also Noelles go to her home when mom isnt home event spawns you in her drawer tho you can still click her to continue.
