ok the Dev (velesk) might be able to use that info to fix the bug, but you also missed out on describe what you did prior to it happening, I'm guessing from the location you where talking to the maid? did you use the Dev console to cheat anything? There are a number of "bugs" that seem to result directly from that.

i talked to realtor, and i used dev console only to max out stats (stamina, intelligence, charisma), nothing more, because i know it can break game
