That is a graphic card driver problem. It usually helps, if you go to game's options and turn off antialiasing.

Overview:
Or TS2 is an open world adult game. At the start of the game, you take a job as an intern in a lab and you end up field testing an experimental device called Chemical Augmentation Device (or CHAD). This sub-dermal implant can produce a wide array of various chemicals, hormones, pheromones and drugs to enhance your abilities. CHAD has it's own AI and it learns as time progress. Thus it can manufacture more complex chemicals as it improves itself, eventually granting you near supernatural abilities.
TS2 is an open world real time 3D game and a successor to Total Seduction 1. You control main character from isometric view with free camera rotation and zoom. All scenes are animated and controllable. The game has a main quest, but it is not time sensitive, so you are free to explore large in-game world, full of interesting characters and stories.​

No, you are misunderstanding. Of course your card is possible to work raytracing (RTX). The image you have quoted was a joke by rKnight, based on an old nVidia advertising for raytracing. And my post was a joke based on that joke, sorry about that.
Of course you can run this game on every RTX, GTX, or Radeon card.

That is strange. I checked it out and it is working normally, so there is not obvious bug. If you have a premium code, you can bypass this by pressing Alt+D to open developer's console. Find Noelle and set her stat "counter" from 1 to 2.

You would activate Raytracing in a games graphics option. But this game does not include raytracing, so you can't activate it here. The image you quoted, I repeat that, was just a joke. These images are ingame, in the persons profiles. Just without Raytracing/RTX.
