As for the mentioned commercial, I only needed to read its description to understand for myself that I will never watch it. So I consider myself old enough to determine for myself when I should not cross these boundaries.

I haven't played a couple of versions, but it is great to see that it is still going strong. Quick question, if you invite the girls to the mansion, do the sharing scenes still happen?

Sharing girls with other people? You can build specialized rooms, like yoga studio and decide what type of customers are allowed in (males, female, futa). Than girls will "work" with those customers.
There is a book on the pedestal in your room. It can be used to view unlocked galleries, but also to rename and change relationship of characters. So you can change the "landlady" relationship to whatever you want.
Is there any guide to the game? For example, what should I do with my teacher? It doesn't go any further than jerking off, although judging by the quest line, there should be a continuation...
