The two already implemented scenes (Lila from Total Seduction 2 and Jennyfer from Warlock of Lust) look quite organic and do not interfere with the plot, and how further events with other characters will develop, of course, is up to the dev to decide, so far everything has gone very smoothly for him... As for the mentioned commercial, I only needed to read its description to understand for myself that I will never watch it. So I consider myself old enough to determine for myself when I should not cross these boundaries.
New update for the game is out. You will meet officer Hart and if you are naughty, she will put you through her "pervert reeducation program". There are also more scenes for Zara, Dalia and Belinda and pregnancy for Zara and Dalia. Cheers.

I haven't played a couple of versions, but it is great to see that it is still going strong. Quick question, if you invite the girls to the mansion, do the sharing scenes still happen?

Sharing girls with other people? You can build specialized rooms, like yoga studio and decide what type of customers are allowed in (males, female, futa). Than girls will "work" with those customers.
There is a book on the pedestal in your room. It can be used to view unlocked galleries, but also to rename and change relationship of characters. So you can change the "landlady" relationship to whatever you want.
Is there any guide to the game? For example, what should I do with my teacher? It doesn't go any further than jerking off, although judging by the quest line, there should be a continuation...
You have to follow the hints that are in the personal windows. It is explained in a tutorial right at the start. You can also check out the wiki page, that explain some details.
